The proposals, included in UNCTAD's annual Trade and Development Report , amount to the most radical suggestions for redesigning the global monetary system.
Although many economists have pointed out that the economic crisis owed more to the malfunctioning of the post-Bretton Woods system, until now no major institution, including the G20 , has come up with an alternative.

I’ve waded through thirty similar websites claiming that David Spangler is a Director of Planetary Initiative at the United Nations, and none have any source for the contention. The United Nations website refers to no Planetary Initiative headed by David Spangler (aha!, you say, hidden just like the black helicopters!). The United Nations website does not refer to any employment of David Spangler (aha!, hidden just like the implanted microchips!). I can find no evidence that this quotation exists anywhere but in the minds of the people who spread it.
Where did the idea come from? The Findhorn Foundation, with which he had some involvement three decades ago, proclaims that it has been an officially recognized United Nations nongovernmental organization. The United Nations specifically states of nongovernmental organizations that work with it:

Could this very loose and decades-past association with an organization that indeed is currently associated with the United Nations as an NGO be what sparked this notion?

He’s been in touch with “non-physical entities” and “inner plane beings” for many years now, apparently. If you think that’s especially weird, ask Auntie Gertrude about her weekly habit of drinking God’s kid’s blood. It’s different-enough sounding for somebody to make the “Lucifer” connection and to have it stick, apparently.

The standard interpretation of the Pyramid on the Great Seal is that the 13 courses represent the 13 colonies of the United States. But do they really? Take a close look at the following drawing of "The Distribution of the Land of Israel During the Millennium" and compare the 13 divisions according to the Tribes of Israel with the unfinished Pyramid on the Great Seal. These illustrations provide stunning evidence that the various and sundry "13s" on our Great Seal symbolize the 13 Tribes of Israel, as stated by the British Israelite author. As well, that the unfinished Great Pyramid of Egypt is a structural symbol of "Eretz Israel" (Greater Israel) which will extend from the Nile River to the Euphrates River!

Analyzing the Great Seal with this new information presented us with the following interpretation:

“In God We Trust” over the word "ONE" expresses the Jews' rejection of Jesus Christ which they erroneously derive from Deuteronomy. 6:4: “Hear O Israel, the Lord is our God, the Lord is One.”
The 6-Pointed Star consisting of 13 stars represents the "Star of David" which is really the Seal of Solomon, a pagan symbol which will be the Mark of the Beast in Rev. 13:16.
The emblem of the Eagle was substituted for the Serpent by the Tribe of Dan, from which the False Messiah will come:
"Dan's position in the journey was on the North of the Tabernacle, with Asher and Naphtali. The standard of the tribe was of white and red and the crest upon it an eagle. . .Jacob had compared Dan to a serpent. Ahiezer substituted the eagle, the destroyer of serpents, as he shrank from carrying an adder upon his flag." [Unger's Bible Dictionary, p. 273]
The 13 arrows in the left claw of the Eagle represent the 13 tribes of Israel fomenting wars and revolutions throughout the world.
In its right claw, the Eagle carries an Olive Branch which has 13 leaves. The Olive Tree represents the House of Israel and House of Judah (Is. 17:6, 23:14, Jer.11:16, Rom. 11). The 13 leaves represent the 13 tribes of Israel and Judah.

Thank you for contacting me. I appreciate your sharing with me your concerns about the so-called "hate crimes" legislation.
I share the belief that a person's thoughts should not be criminalized. I also do not support efforts to stifle political or moral speech.
The amendment that was added to the National Defense Authorization Act that would authorize the Attorney General of the United States to provide technical assistance and grants to state and local law enforcement officials who request assistance with the prosecution of hate crimes. It would also amend the federal criminal code to prohibit violent acts carried out because of a person's race, color, religion, national origin, gender, sexual orientation, gender identity, or disability. The amendment explicitly states that it does not prohibit constitutionally protected speech or expression or allow prosecution based solely upon one's expression of racial, religious, political or other beliefs or membership in a group espousing such beliefs. In no way does the amendment expand the definition of sexual orientation to provide additional protection for pedophiles.
During my service as Mayor of the City of Indianapolis in the Civil Rights era our nation endured acts of hate which sought to divide our communities and pit neighbors against each other. On some occasions maintaining order and the rule of law was a difficult task that required tremendous amounts of city resources, a no-nonsense approach to law enforcement, and a willingness by the entire community to listen to each other. At stake was the stability and peace of the entire community. This experience taught me that maintaining order in our society cannot be taken for granted and that a single act of hate can have far-reaching consequences.
