Located in South Central Indianas Jennings County near Butlerville, Muscatatuck Urban Training Center (MUTC) is a secluded, self contained community, once home to the Muscatatuck State Developmental Center. Additionally the training area includes an extensive underground utility tunnel system and over 9 miles of roads and streets.
MUTC is a consortium of governmental, public and private entities that are pooling their unique capabilities in order to provide the most realistic training experience possible. Training that can be tailored to replicate both foreign and domestic scenarios and that can be utilized by various civilian and military organizations.
In its first year of operation the facilities at MUTC have been utilized by over 16,000 people from military, government and private agencies and is continually expanding training capabilities for future needs.

Chicago Cops Dodge Blagojevich/Sears Tower Investigation
IMMEDIATE – A Chicago Police Department official, who refused to be identified by name, stated that city law enforcement would avoid investigating allegations against embattled Illinois Governor Rod Blagojevich and Mayor Richard M. Daley.
Former Army intelligence officer, newspaper editor Capt. Eric H. May, charged that the governor and mayor were co-conspirators in a May 2-4, 2006 attempt to sabotage Chicago’s Sears Tower. The 110-story building had recently been bought by Larry Silverstein, who owned the twin towers that collapsed on 9/11.
Even with last week’s revelations of widespread corruption and conspiracy by Illinois and Chicago officials, the former NBC editorial writer’s allegations would seem outlandish – were they not backed up by a document trail connecting everyone from top government officials to media mainstays and even active-duty military intelligence. All of them coalesced into an informal alliance against the governor, the mayor and Homeland Security director Michael Chertoff, who was heading up exercises set to simulate the collapse of an unnamed downtown Chicago skyscraper. All of them believed that the chance of an attack against the Silverstein property was real.
The documents tell the tale.
On April 26, 2006, advised of a possible attack by inside sources, May put in calls to Illinois National Guard Public Affairs Officer Col. Tim Franklin and Chicago Police Public Information Officer Laura Kubiak. Both confirmed the existence of terror exercises rehearsing the demolition of Sears Tower. After two days of silence from the governor’s office, May began to give interviews, expressing his doubts about Blagojevich and Daley. The Chicago mayor was curiously absent from the city at the time on a first-ever visit to Israel, in the company of Israeli intelligence.

It may seem inconceivable that Chicago police would still shy away from investigating or even discussing the possibility of an official conspiracy, but May isn’t surprised.
“We should remember just how dangerous government can be. Every great American since the Founding Fathers has agreed on that point. No one should be surprised that ‘Blago’ and company are part of a conspiracy. It wasn’t so long ago that Illinois officials conspired with Al Capone. The Chicago cops stood by and played dumb then, too.”
Decorated Vietnam combat veteran Merlin Neadows, who was part of what has since come to be called the "Chicago Mayday Mission," is even harsher with Windy City law enforcement:
"They're a disgrace," the former infantryman said. "They know that we did their job while they hid back in 2006, and they're still hiding. If it hadn't been for us Internet infowarriors, Chicago would have had a terror attack for sure."

Are you PATRIOTICALLY CORRECT in your thinking? Do you know about the
religion of PATRIOTIC CORRECTNESS? Patriotic Correctness is a logical
fallacy of venerating cultural icons that defeat the purpose of
patriotism. One example of patriotic correctness is worshiping the
constitution of a government, preferring the written words of men over
the liberating word of God.
One of the reasons Americans are losing their freedom is because they
worship the Constitution instead of God Almighty. This is the greatest
fallacy of patriotic correctness.
Constitution worship is idolatry and a rejection of the Government of
God. To reject the Government of God is to unwittingly accept the rule
of a competing regime.
I found a Conservative Manifesto authored by Ken Maddox. At first
glance, one might think this manifesto is "patriotically correct," but I
found a few problems with some statements and logic in the manifesto.
The manifesto advocates patriotically correct Constitution worship. The

The Manifesto states, "Conservatives believe in personal responsibility.
The individual, not the government is responsible for individual actions
and that all government should be limited and be representative of the
people."
This is contrary to what the Word of God states as contained in the Holy
Bible. The principle of personal responsibility is correct. But
government is not necessarily representative of the people. Government
is representative of the will of God, when applied correctly: "For unto
us a child is born, unto us a son is given: and the government shall be
upon his shoulder: and his name shall be called Wonderful, Counsellor,
The mighty God, The everlasting Father, The Prince of Peace." [Isaiah 6:9]
So you see, government should represent the will of God, not the will of
"the people." If the will of the people is depraved and immoral, do you
still want government, "of the people?" The will of the people is often
worse than anarchy.
Says the Manifesto: "I believe this Constitution has produced the
greatest nation in the history of the world."
Using blind cultural iconic paradigm, it elevates the constitution to
godhood which is patent idolatry. The Manifesto puts the cart before the
horse. The Constitution did not produce the greatest nation in the
history of the world. A great nation produced the Constitution, not
vice-versa. Notice the religious belief that a piece of parchment
created a nation when it is the nation that created the parchment. God,
not a constitution, created the greatest nation in the history of the
world. And what does God say of the nations? "And out of his mouth goeth
a sharp sword, that with it he should smite the nations: and he shall
rule them with a rod of iron: and he treadeth the winepress of the
fierceness and wrath of Almighty God." [Revelation 19:15]
The Manifesto states: "I believe the Constitution of the United States
is based on Judea Christian principals and it means exactly what it says."
There are many departures from Judeo-Christian principles in the
Constitution. Mainly, it establishes "we the people” as the supreme law
of the land. It purports to elevate the authority of men over the
authority of Almighty God. But the Bible says in Isaiah 9:7: "Of the
increase of his government and peace there shall be no end, upon the
throne of David, and upon his kingdom, to order it, and to establish it
with judgment and with justice from henceforth even for ever." The
Constitution creates a form of government that is in competition with
the government of God. It makes the immoral will of the people, instead
of the righteous will of God, the supreme law of the land. The will of
the people today seems to be socialist, Marxist, and corporate-fascist
and the country is speeding that direction. The very constitution that
this Manifesto worships as sacred is AGAINST Christian Principles and
markedly against the Judean principle of a theocratic republic of
freemen. Anything that competes with the government of Christ is not
Christian, rather, anything that competes with the government of God is
anti-Christian.
The Manifesto continues with more blasphemy: "I believe our Constitution
gives us freedom and we use that freedom to elect officials to uphold
this belief and protect Christian Principals and Individual freedom to
accept or to reject them."
To say the Constitution gives us freedom is like saying the rain gives
us clouds. Freedom comes from God, not from a piece of parchment as the
Manifesto claims. This is more idolatry, replacing God with a created
image. And since the Constitution violates Christian principles, how can
it protect them? And since it places freedom in the hands of
representatives, how can it protect freedom of individuals? The
Manifesto starts out by saying individuals are responsible for
themselves, then contradicts itself by stating that representatives are
the protectors of individual freedom.
The Manifesto states: "I believe taxes are justified only to fund
necessary government spending and that the correct function of taxation
is to equitably collect only that revenue needed to fund the legitimate
activities of a constitutionally limited government. I believe in free
market economy, individual liberty, traditional values and morals, and a
strong national military for defense."
Taxes are a patent euphemism for armed robbery. How is that consistent
with Judeo-Christian principles that state, "Thou shalt not
steal.....Thou shalt not covet...anything that is thy neighbors'?" The
Manifesto praises "a strong national military for defense," but the Word
of God in Samuel Chapter 8 states, "But the thing displeased Samuel,
when they said, Give us a king to judge us...He will take your sons, and
appoint them for himself, for his chariots, and to be his horsemen; and
some shall run before his chariots. And he will appoint him captains
over thousands, and captains over fifties; and will set them to ear his
ground, and to reap his harvest, and to make his instruments of war, and
instruments of his chariots. ...And ye shall cry out in that day because
of your king which ye shall have chosen you; and the LORD will not hear
you in that day." This was God's response to the people wanting a king,
and commander-in-chief, with a national army like other nations.
Constitutional, maybe, but based on Judeo-Christian principles,
obviously not.
The army of Israel was a militia, not a national army. Every man and
every family was autonomous. They desired to give up their autonomy to
have a central power, which according to the book of Samuel, was a
rejection of God. The American states gave up their autonomy to have a
central federal power and national army, which was clearly a rejection
of God. That central government and central standing army has now grown
into a leviathan oppressor of the people, taking its young men for its
military-industrial complex, taxing American wealth out of existence,
taking the best lands and giving it to bureaucrats to manage, just as
God told the Children of Israel what the result of a king would be. It
does not matter if you elect a monarch or 535 kings in a legislature,
the effect will always be the same--a rejection of God, and thus a
rejection of His Divine Protection.
If you want to learn more about Government as it is intended by God,
read of how God led the Children of Israel out of Egypt then they formed
autonomous groups with a network of captains and ministers to serve the
needs of the congregations. There was no compulsory inclusion, only
compulsory exclusion for those who did not keep the Law of God. Today we
have a "constitutional government" that does not even recognize the
political existence of the family and the congregation, and FORCES
political participation and ungodly taxation at gunpoint. By separating
individuals from their families and congregations, and treating the
individual as a political unit through entitlements, benefits, and
compelled performance, the family, congregation, and tribe are bypassed
completely and power over the individual is centralized into the cruel
hand of a ravenous imperator. And those who object to the tyranny cry
that we need to worship the piece of supernatural parchment that enabled
the aristocracy and kleptocracy to seize power!
Read how Jesus returned everyman to his family and possession and set up
a government where the officers were titular only and had no exercising
power to compel obedience. This is the opposite of the Federal
Government that forces compliance with tens of thousands of laws written
by lawyers, of the lawyers, by the lawyers, for the lawyers.

liberty, to make a solemn pause. Permit a freeman to address you, and to
solicit your attention to a cause wherein yourselves and your posterity
are concerned. The sun never shone upon a more important one. It is the
cause of freedom of a whole continent of yourselves and of your fellow
men. . . . A conspiracy against the freedom of America, both deep and
dangerous, has been formed by an infernal junto of demagogues. Our
thirteen free commonwealths are to be consolidated into one despotic
monarchy. Is not this position obvious? Its evidence is intuitive . . .
. Who can deny but the president general will be a king to all intents
and purposes, and one of the most dangerous kind too-a king elected to
command a standing army. Thus our laws are to be administered by this
tyrant; for the whole, or at least the most important part of the
executive department is put in his hands. A quorum of 65
representatives, and of 26 senators, with a king at their head, are to
possess powers that extend to the lives, the liberties, and property of

This prophetic antifederalist warning to America echoes the stern caveat
of God to Israel in the Book of Samuel Chapter 8.
The Conservative Manifesto makes some true points, such as holding the
Ten Commandments as binding, but mixing some truth with error still
produces error. And as the Bible states, "God is not the author of
confusion."
There is a lot of worship of the "numinous constitution" in America.
Many patriots say the Constitution is sacred. To make a material thing
sacred in itself is the definition of idolatry. Until patriots stop
worshiping a man-made government and bowing to a graven image of
parchment, and prefer instead the government of God, His Law written on
men's hearts, men will continue to be subject to governments that
compete with God for power and glory.
Are men property of the state or are they free souls under God? Do you
believe in the government of men or the government of God? The decision
is a matter of faith. The ruler you have faith in, is the ruler you
shall have to obey. [Proverbs 12:24, Hebrews 6:12] And that /is/ a
Judeo-Christian Principle.
