Russian Space Forces (VKS) monitoring the United States High Frequency Active Auroral Research Program (HAARP) are reporting to Prime Minister Putin today that as expected the US has unleashed another one of their earthquake weapons tests upon the Americas resulting in a catastrophic 8.8 magnitude trembler hitting the South American Nation of Chile.

In our January 22^nd report titled “World Trembles As US Prepares New Quake Test” we had quoted previous VKS warnings about the United States preparing to a new test of this weapon, and as we can read:

“To the location of this new earthquake weapons test the United States is preparing for these reports further warn the entire Western coastal areas of the Americans are in danger and could ‘very well’ expect to see a catastrophic event within the fortnight.”

In these new reports the VKS reports that the United States was “forced” to put off their testing of this devastating earthquake weapon by three weeks due to the unexpected rise in solar activity which they state could “significantly alter” our entire Earth’s magnetosphere as occurred during the HAARP test of early January which continues to wrack havoc upon the weather throughout the entire Northern Hemisphere, and as we had previously reported on in our January 6^th report titled “Norway Time Hole “Leak” Plunges Northern Hemisphere Into Chaos”.

Especially worrying to the US and their EU counterparts prior to this new earthquake weapons test, these reports continue, was the appearance on the sun this past week of the estimated 1 million kilometer long magnetic filament extending from its surface which another HAARP “firing” is feared could cause its collapse resulting in a massive Hydra Flare that could affect our entire Earth.

FEMA, NOAA Run Solar Storm Worst-Case Scenario Exercise Could Be Earth's Next Katrina

US government scientists seeking to preempt this latest HAARP test warned this past week of the potential catastrophic effects it could have on all of us, and as we can read as reported by the NPR News Service in their February 26^th report titled “Solar Storms Could Be Earth's Next Katrina” and which, in part, said:

Hugh Pickens writes in with an update on the warnings we discussed a year back about the dangers of a "solar Katrina." Now NPR is reporting on a tabletop exercise mounted in Boulder, Colorado by government workers attempting to model the effects of a worst-case solar electromagnetic storm. "...an exercise held in Boulder, Colorado, has investigated what might happen if the Earth were struck by a solar storm as intense as the huge storms that occurred in 1921 and 1859 — a sort of solar Katrina — and researchers found that the impact is likely to be far worse than in previous solar storms because of our growing dependence on satellites and other electronic devices that are vulnerable to electromagnetic radiation. 'In many ways, the impact of a major solar storm resembles that of a hurricane or an earthquake,' says FEMA Administrator Craig Fugate, except that a solar Katrina would cause damage in a much larger area — power could be knocked out almost simultaneously in countries from Sweden to Canada and the US. In the exercise, the first sign of trouble came when radiation began disrupting radio signals and GPS devices, says Tom Bogdan, who directs the Space Weather Prediction Center. Ten or 20 minutes later electrically charged particles 'basically took out' most of the commercial satellites that transmit telephone conversations, TV shows, and huge amounts of data we depend on in our daily lives. But the worst damage came nearly a day later, when the solar storm began to induce electrical currents in high voltage power lines strong enough to destroy transformers around the globe, leaving millions of people in northern latitudes without power."

“A massive solar storm could leave millions of people around the world without electricity, running water, or phone service, government officials say.

That was their conclusion after participating in a tabletop exercise that looked at what might happen today if the Earth were struck by a solar storm as intense as the huge storms that occurred in 1921 and 1859.

The exercise, held in Boulder, Colorado, was intended to investigate "what we think could be close to a worst-case scenario," says Tom Bogdan, who directs the Space Weather Prediction Center in Boulder. The Center is a part of the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration.

“It's important to understand that, along with other types of natural hazards, (solar) storms can cause impacts,” says Craig Fugate, Administrator of the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA), who also took part in the tabletop exercise.”

Though this warning by these dissident US scientists was (obviously) ignored, Venezuelan President Hugo Chavez remains the only World leader calling on the United States to immediately stop the testing of these catastrophic earthquake weapons and has accused the Americans of “playing God”, and as we can read as reported by the Russia Today News Service:

“Chavez is blaming the US for causing the 7.0 magnitude earthquake in Haiti as part of testing a “tectonic weapon” that can cause eco-type disasters, according to Russia Today. The Latin American leader added that the US should “stop playing God.”

Chavez said these “weapon earthquakes” would eventually be used against Iran and be taken over by the US military.

Chavez says these weapons can alter the climate and set off earthquakes and volcanoes remotely through the use of electromagnetic waves.”

To the reasons for the United States targeting of Chile, these reports further state, was to put all of South America “on notice” that America does not intend to give up its hegemony over this region, a message to be “reinforced” this coming week with US Secretary of State Hillary Clinton’s visit to 5 Latin American Nations, including now quake shattered Chile.

Especially angering the Americans were the Latin Americans move this past week during their annual Rio Group summit in Mexico to completely split from the US by their forming a new European Union type alliance to go under the provisional name of the Community of Latin American and Caribbean States (CELC), and where Chavez, who spoke of finally throwing off the US-yoke, stated:

“Now here, in Mexico, we have created a document, a compromise, the creation of a body of Latin America and the Caribbean, without the USA. Now we can say from Mexico we have revived the dream and project of Bolivar.”

Equally angering the Americans was Chilean President Michelle Bachelet’s enacting this past month a number of sweeping changes to her Nation’s defense establishment designed to eliminate the influence of the US Military over the rights of her people, and as we can read from her comments upon the signing of this bill:

“With the enactment of this bill Chile will have completed one of the most difficult and ambitious modernizing reforms sponsored by the successive administrations of the Concertación (ruling coalition), with the understanding that defence is a State policy which must be in line with the standards demanded by a modern democracy”, underlined Ms Bachelet.

“It will be up to the officials elected by the people to define the objectives and means for national defence, assess its enactment adapting it to changes if necessary”, said Ms Bachelet who recalled that “what begins today, is obvious, was not so in the long history of our country: as happened until 1990 and more precisely 1973, was exactly the contrary”.

[Note: US President Richard Nixon in 1970 ordered the overthrow of the democratically elected government of Chile which resulted in the September 11, 1973 American backed coup against Socialist President Salvador Allende who was then promptly executed. Chilean President Michelle Bachelet’s father was ordered tortured and killed by the US backed coup-leader General Augusto Pinochet.]

Important to also note about Chile’s sweeping new defense doctrine is its possible use in protecting its neighbor Argentina who is currently embroiled in a bitter dispute with the West over the oil rights to the Malvinas (Falkland) Islands still illegally occupied by British Forces, and which Bachelet warned the US this past week:

“Chile has always taken the only posture of recognizing the legitimate rights of Argentina on the Malvinas Islands, on this occasion I want to express my deepest conviction about the strategic importance of our bilateral ties.”

As a great portion of Chile now lies in ruins today, and without a doubt, President Bachelet has received from the Americans their “answer” to her and all of Latin Americas defiance of their true US masters wishes. What remains to be seen is if Chile’s South American neighbors will rise to her defence.

And according to these VKS reports, Latin America has little time to decide their Nation’s fate as the US is even now preparing for another test of their HAARP earthquake weapon in the later part of April or early May.

In Breaking News today, Lori Price, Managing Editor of Citizens for Legitimate Government (CLG) has implied with one word in brackets that HARRP could have been involved in Chile's monumental 8.8 earthquake. CLG highlighting HAARP today concurs with a growing number of scientists and the public aware of the HAARP weapon of mass destruction and its geoengineering capacity to trigger "natural disasters" for imperialist political gain.

Price reports:

"Massive earthquake strikes Chile 27 Feb 2010 A massive earthquake with an initial magnitude of 8.8 has struck central Chile. The quake struck at 0634 GMT about 91km (56 miles) north-east of the city of Concepcion and 317km south-west of the capital, Santiago. Buildings in Santiago were reported to have shaken for between 10 and 30 seconds, with the loss of electricity and communications. The US issued an initial tsunami warning for Chile, Peru and Ecuador. That was later extended to Colombia, Antarctica, Panama and Costa Rica. [HAARP]"

HAARP has capacity to target areas and trigger "natural disasters" that the area is prone to experience so that the disaster is viewed as natural instead of attacked by a weapon of mass destruction. The U.S. is ready to offer help to Chile.

In 2005, Chossudovsky emphasized in his updated 2002 article, "Washington's New World Order Weapons Have the Abiliy to Trigger Climate Change":

The important debate on global warming under UN auspices provides but a partial picture of climate change; in addition to the devastating impacts of greenhouse gas emissions on the ozone layer, the World's climate can now be modified as part of a new generation of sophisticated "non-lethal weapons." Both the Americans and the Russians have developed capabilities to manipulate the World's climate.

In the US, the technology is being perfected under the High-frequency Active Auroral Research Program (HAARP) as part of the ("Star Wars") Strategic Defence Initiative (SDI). Recent scientific evidence suggests that HAARP is fully operational and has the ability of potentially triggering floods, droughts, hurricanes and earthquakes. From a military standpoint, HAARP is a weapon of mass destruction. Potentially, it constitutes an instrument of conquest capable of selectively destabilising agricultural and ecological systems of entire regions.

Chossudovsky wrote in 2004:

"The significant expansion in America's weather warfare arsenal, which is a priority of the Department of Defense is not a matter for debate or discussion. While, environmentalists blame the Bush administration for not having signed the Kyoto protocol, the issue of "weather warfare", namely the manipulation of weather patterns for military use is never mentioned." (emphasis added)

Weather warfare was not a major topic at the recent Copenhagen Summit, despite its well attendance by environmentalists.

The Pentagon has "joined the global warming consensus" used by environmentalists' "global warming" campaign according to Chossudovsky.

"HAARP also has the ability of triggering blackouts and disrupting the electricity power system of entire regions.

"An analysis of statements emanating from the US Air Force points to the unthinkable: the covert manipulation of weather patterns, communications systems and electric power as a weapon of global warfare, enabling the US to disrupt and dominate entire regions of the World." (Chossudovsky, 2004)

The weaponization of space is critical for imperialism, a bonanza for corporations' power elite. This is being countered by the organization led by Bruce Gagnon, Global Network Against the Weapons and Nuclear Power in Space.

Great ball of fire

A bright glow is not a precursor to a natural earthquake. A bright glow was reportedly seen during the time of the Hait earthquake. Pravda.Ru reported The Russian Navy reports that the U.S. created the earthquake in Haiti, the article archived on NoLiesRadio.

A bright glow was seen during the time of China's last powerful earthquake. There is documented evidence that it was created by scalar weapons based on a wedding party video that showed plasma discharge lights in the sky before that earthquake.

A bright glow was seen and reported by hundreds of people, locals and tourists, during Vanuatu's 7.3 earthquake in 2002. The writer witnessed that bright glow there during that quake around 4 a.m.

Ni-vans, the Republic of Vanuatu's indigenous population and one of the World's oldest living cultures that inhabits a remote and pristine tropical paradise area, reported that they had never before seen a bright glow during earthquakes. They did notice with great curiosity, due to its unusual presence there in the Port Vila harbor, the huge U.S. Navy ship that had unceremoniously moved in a couple of days before the quake, leaving before the quake as quietly as it had arrived.

The question now is whether there will there be Chilean reports of a great ball of fire during the time of their quake.

In this age of global U.S. military dominance, neither remote tropical island nor even space are places of peace.

LHC Restarts This Week—Half Power But Full of Potential

The Large Hadron Collider (LHC) is slated to be reawakened Thursday, at the earliest, LHC directors say. The reboot comes after a run at the highest energies yet for any particle accelerator—or atom smasher—and a scheduled winter break.

The Large Hadron Collider will be run at only half power, because equipment upgrades are needed before full-power operation is advisable, LHC scientists decided.

But the LHC should still be capable of some stunning discoveries, experts say—perhaps even the detection of extra dimensions or evidence of the Higgs boson, or "God particle."

Particle accelerators use electric fields to channel particles into extremely narrow, fast-moving beams. (Learn more about atom smashers.)

By colliding some of these beams, the physicists at the Large Hadron Collider hope to recreate the intense conditions just after the big bang and to solve other scientific riddles, such as the nature of dark matter, the invisible material that scientists think makes up most of the universe's mass.

Operated by the European Organization for Nuclear Research (CERN), the Large Hadron Collider is housed in an oval-shaped, 7-mile-long (27-kilometer-long) tunnel beneath the French-Swiss border.

On Feb. 25th, the hooting of owls drew Norwegian birdwatcher Fredrik Broms outdoors under a crispy, moonlit sky. "After having been really lucky to hear a Tengmalms owl, the auroras appeared behind the mountains." Using a Nikon D3, he recorded the scene:

"The pictures I took--without a tripod and with very cold fingers--turned out a bit shaky, but the conclusion was as crystal clear as the sky itself - winter is beautiful!"

A few days from now, a solar wind stream is due to hit Earth, and that could spark a renewed display. High-latitude sky watchers should obey the owls on the nights around March 1st. Be alert for auroras!

HAARP Boils the Upper Atmosphere
HAARP will zap the upper atmosphere with a focused and steerable electromagnetic beam. It is an advanced model of an "ionospheric heater." (The ionosphere is the electrically-charged sphere surrounding Earth's upper atmosphere. It ranges between 40 to 60 miles above the surface of the Earth.)
Put simply, the apparatus for HAARP is a reversal of a radio telescope; antenna send out signals instead of receiving. HAARP is the test run for a super-powerful radiowave-beaming technology that lifts areas of the ionosphere by focusing a beam and heating those areas. Electromagnetic waves then bounce back onto earth and penetrate everything -- living and dead.
HAARP publicity gives the impression that the High-frequency Active Auroral Research Program is mainly an academic project with the goal of changing the ionosphere to improve communications for our own good. However, other U.S. military documents put it more clearly -- HAARP aims to learn how to "exploit the ionosphere for Department of Defense purposes." Communicating with submarines is only one of those purposes.

was just interviewed on CNN and said when the arthquake happened the sky changed colors. She said she was afraid it was the end of the world and that she saw whole buildings fall into cracks in the earth "just like in the movie 2012". So... are there other reports of changes in the color of the sky during an earthquake? Does the recent CME (coronal mass ejection) have anything to do with this phenomena?

The puzzle is coming together faster than anyone thought. Modern science is catching up at a rapid pace with understanding ancient text and their collective directive. In short -- hold-on-tight (modern metaphor) or learn to let go and cautiously go-with-the- flow (metaphysical metaphor).

Scientific galactic discoveries are reaching a point of such a feverish pitch, there are some in the astro-physics community who believe a stop-gap measure should be implemented out of concern (I would say fear), of losing control of traditional scientific methods.

Before I disclose some of the recent scientific discoveries, I need to lay-down a foundation of understanding, as it will give you perspective of the nervous anxiety many astro-physicists are feeling now, and will only increase in the months and years ahead.

This scientific shift is so vast; I would compare it to a time when Steve Jobs, Bill Gates, and Paul Allen were working out of their garage producing a machine that would change the world forever. Of course, it was the start of something called the PC. It wasn't just the outcome of Macintosh, and Windows, but perhaps even more importantly was the offspring of Intel and AMD.

Is it possible the Mayan ancestry "knew" of these longer galactic/cosmic cycles which have been passed down over thousands of years? Did the Mayans know what we today call "Cycle 24" has its apex (maximum) in the year 2012? Is it possible the Mayans knew of a larger cycle that would occur simultaneously with Cycle 24 ushering in a pulse of charged particles from our home galaxy the 'Milky Way'? Would such an event have an effect on Earth's magnetic field and Earth's core?

Several huge spherical UFOs have recently been seen orbiting the Sun since January of this year. These objects were captured by NASA's Solar and Heliospheric Observatory (SOHO). SOHO was launched in 1995 to study the Sun and is a joint venture between the European Space Agency (ESA) and NASA and is slated to continue its mission until December 2012. The objects observed seem to appear and move in different positions around the Sun and seemed to be as large as our planet Earth.

Several experts and scientists believe that the objects could not be classified as either comets or asteroids, since they would ultimately be destroyed either by the gravitational pull or heat of the Sun. The official statement from NASA is that the central data recorder that stored all of the playback data for the solar missions failed and what was observed really are "compression artifacts."

This week, NASA's Solar Terrestrial Relations Observatory (STEREO) observed several objects flying across the surface of the Sun, exhibiting the same if not more stealth than those seen in January. Are we looking at interdimensional spacecrafts interfacing with our solar system through the black-hole singularity of the Sun's portal or stargate, as proposed by physicist Nassim Haramein? What could account for the size, movement and disregard for gravity by these objects?

Perhaps, that is why NASA launched the Solar Dynamics Observatory (SDO) this week, the latest craft designed to study the Sun's inner workings in unprecedented detail. According to NASA, SDO will be a first-of-a-kind mission, the most technologically advanced of heliophysics spacecraft ever and will take images of the sun every 0.75 seconds and daily send back about 1.5 terabytes of data to Earth, the equivalent of streaming 380 full-length movies.

"Study the inner workings of the Sun in unprecedented detail." Maybe Haramein is onto something.

UPDATE: Massive CMEs & New Sun Objects?!

I have just found this video (left) courtesy of SpaceWeather, of two and quite possibly more Coronal Mass Ejections (CMEs) billowing over the Sun's western limb.

"The source of the blasts appears to be a complex of sunspots (1045 and 1048) just now disappearing over the western limb. If so, NASA's STEREO Ahead spacecraft would have had a direct view of the double eruption, but the blast occured during a gap in data-taking, so head-on movies are not available." - SpaceWeather.

These coronal ejections were seen from several different regions around the world.

Astronomers have recently announced the discovery of a new, active group of sunspots on the surface of our star and experts have been warning about the dangerous X-class solar flare emissions that could penetrate through our magnetosphere, reaching the surface of Earth, ultimately destroying our electromagnetic grid.

Now, I have found another set of images taken by NASA's STEREO spacecraft that seems to escalate the mystery regarding the large objects seen orbiting and flying around the Sun. International Monetary Fund Managing Director Dominique Strauss-Kahn said Friday a new reserve currency should be explored as an alternative to the U.S. dollar.

The IMF chief declared the need for a “renewed vision” of the world monetary body, which was formed in the aftermath of the 1994 Bretton Woods Agreements in New Hampshire, saying the organization must find better ways to uncover financial crises before risks metastasize throughout the global financial system.

With a magnitude 8.8 earthquake hitting just off shore of Chile in the early hours this morning, and the humanitarian disaster of the magnitude 7.0 earthquake in Haiti, there is a lot of attention being focused on earthquakes. While not technically a meteorological event, meteorologists are generally looked to for discussion of earthquakes. Despite being a geologic event, most of the media does not have a staff geologist to provide discussion, and meteorologists have studied earth science, which often covers earthquakes.

The state of Oklahoma is a land that has had a lot of geologic activity in its history (even before becoming a state in 1907). Over 500 million years ago, the central part of the United States began to separate, but never fully did. This left a rift zone across Oklahoma. A short time later (in geologic time), volcanic eruptions occurred in Oklahoma, and then the continent began to come back together. What resulted were a few areas of 'mountains' - the Wichitas, Arbuckles, and Ouachitas.

Earthquakes in Oklahoma are relatively common. Between 1977 and 2005, Oklahoma averaged 59 earthquakes per year. Many of these occurred in the mountainous region of southern Oklahoma. Recently, there has been a long lasting swarm of earthquakes near the Jones area. The strongest of these was a magnitude 4.0 on January 15, 2010. A magnitude 4.0 earthquake has a strength of nearly 100,000 less than the earthquake that hit Chile early this morning. Oklahoma's earthquakes causes some minor shaking, and very rarely cause damage. However, in 1952, a magnitude 5.5 earthquake was centered under El Reno.

While the reason for these earthquakes is uncertain, it is likely that there is an unknown fault that is causing the earthquakes. The United States Geological Survey and the Oklahoma Geological Survey monitor Oklahoma's earthquakes, and you can find a wealth of information there.

Which is too bad, really, because Norwegian skiier and would-be Bond character Odd-Bjoern Hjelmeset (second from left) would have earned himself a permanent gold with his recent Tiger Woods-inspired quotes following his performance in the men's 4x10 relay.

I have the room next to Petter Northhug and every day there is noise in there. So I think that is the reason I f----- up. By the way, Tiger Woods is a really good man.

As Deitsch notes, it's "by far the craziest quote" to come out of the Olympics. And one could argue that it's in the pantheon of amazing quotes because it involves someone announcing himself as "Odd-Bjoern Hjelmeset" and then dropping two f-bombs before blaming it all on porn. All while managing to slip in a Tiger reference, too.

Although I'm sure Woods doesn't appreciate it, at least his reference wasn't as ambiguous as Petter Northhug's, who "makes a lot of noise" apparently. Whatever the hell that means.
