Last week, a friend from northern Idaho called me and said that the Census Bureau was sending out people to get the GPS coordinates for every front door in the United States. She found out about it when a person showed up at her front door with a hand held computer and she told her what she was doing. The day before my friend called, a Census Bureau representative had been at my front door also - but all she told me was that she was verifying addresses. I had no idea that she was GPS marking my front door. The phone call was followed-up with an email alert and a second alert. This email is the second one - I've had people question if this e-mail is a hoax. It is not! This was sent out by Idaho Eagle Forum's State President, Jane Lesko and was also heard on Jack McLamb's radio program Friday April 10, 2009. I will add to this that the Boise U.S. Census Bureau said that this requirement was coming from the U.S. Department of Commerce. Also I will add a quote from a write-up from the U.S. Census Bureau, "The ability to capture GPS coordinates for most of the nation's housing units will greatly reduce the number of geographic coding errors caused by using paper maps in previous counts." The issue of recording GPS coordinates of your front door was also discussed for a few minutes on the Greg Everson program on Republic Broadcasting Network (RBN) on Saturday and Jane was a guest on the Jack McLamb program again on his Sunday program on RBN. The Michael Baker Jr. Corporation was given the contract to collect the GPS coordinates. More information on this company and the contract will be found below the email alert.

April 11, 2009 A few days ago a women showed up at my front door (way out in the country) saying that she worked for the U.S. Census Bureau and she was going to GPS my front door. She stated that she did not know why they would want to do this since everyone in America already has a GPS address. (GPS, global positioning system, the satellite has a location and picture of your property) The women also said that her supervisor told them that they could climb locked gates with "NO TRESPASSING" signs on them. I was told they are hired to do this in three months, she was not taking a census until next year, and it was needed to make sure that everyone receives the census mail-out next year, 2010. (There are other people we have spoken to who believe that the GPS front doors of America may be used for MILITARY purposes and that this is a violation of privacy. They want the exact location of your front door.) I called the U.S. Census Bureau in Boise (for Idaho) 208-319-3341 and asked by what authority and law was the U.S. Census Bureau using to GPS every front door. I was told that they were allowed by some federal law and that they would get back to me. A friend called me and was mad because one of these census takers was roaming around at their garbage transfer station and trespassing. One of her employees told the census taker to get off their land that he was trespassing. The census taker said that there were three residences on that land. The employee told him that no one lives out there. The owner called the sheriff's office. I told the owner to call the U.S. Census Bureau office in Boise to complain. When she called them she told them that she was going to file a trespassing charge and the man at the office said that nothing would come of it because Federal trumps State. They sent her Sec. 223, Title 13, U.S. Code, Chapter 7, Subtitle 2. This explains the penalties for refusing to provide names and statistics of occupants when asked for by a census taker. This only applies when they are taking a census. The census will not be taken until next year 2010. The penalty for refusing to answer questions for a census is up to $500.00. GPS-ing front doors is not taking a census and is not even mentioned in the section of law they hide behind to allow them to do this. This is real.

We have no house numbers on our property. Last week, a woman with a canvas bag over her shoulder & a little electronic gadget in her hand walked up our driveway, across our front yard to our front door, but did not ring the bell, she just punched info into the electronic gadget.

I walked out on the porch above her; she looked up & said "I'm from the census bureau, is this 4143?". I replied "Yes.". She began talking about the possibility that we might get delivery of mail to our homes by next year. (We've always had only PO box mail service here & we prefer it that way). She left before I could ask what she was up to or what the census bureau had to do with mail delivery & I joked to Lou that she was probably taking a GPS reading in order to make it easy for the jack-booted thugs to target all subjects who voiced opposition to the coercive State whenever they cared to come for us.

A couple days ago, a second female was doing the same stuff on the other side of our street. Didn't know for sure what they were doing 'til we received this email.

Of course, "the Census Bureau cannot share respondents’ answers with the FBI, the IRS, CIA, Welfare, Immigration, or any other government agency.". We believe that, don't you? We believe everything our benevolent coercive State tells us, doesn't everyone?

Please pass this far and wide. They plan on entering onto your property, walking up to your front door, and taking a GPS reading. One individual, to whom I sent this, responded thusly: "Every time I think of them recording a GPS marking of my front door, I think of those smart bombs that went into Saddam's front door, and the front doors of a few select addresses in Baghdad. With theses GPS markings, they won't have to send the Brown Shirts out to bring us in, they can just take us out at will. I think I'll barricade my driveway."

Considering that we have a Marxist in the Oval Office, considering the recent reports out of Home Land Security labeling anyone who opposes Marxist Obama's policies as right wing terrorists, the response I received is more than a little unsettling. It puts a whole new meaning on "safe in your own home."

My suggestion: If you see them coming, do not let them on your property. If there is any way to keep them off, do so. Be creative.

Muncie still little Chicago

The following is being forwarded to Muncie politics. Follow political activities at the following blog. Things are heating up.

We tax payers invested hundreds of thousands of dollars into the hobby and sports complex of Muncie to help tourism but as it is we the people again lost our property to the politicians. As I see it concerning corruption we still live in little Chicago . After we invested our tax money for this project which came from edit funds (food and beverage taxes) and the build the Indiana fund which is tax money collected by the state. It was turned over to the Muncie tourism bureau for their operation, taken away from us the tax payer.

You would not believe the names on this board, all political higher ups. You can guess who is in charge of the tourism bureau, our wana-be mayor. They took our property and deemed it a not for profit and got a gaming license to play bingo at the South-way Plaza under the name Star Bingo. And guess who is calling bingo, again our wana-be mayor.

The board who over sees this project is appointed by the mayor and the city council. The way I see it if “we the people” who own this property as we own all of Muncie governmental property and we elect the custodians to take care of it shouldn’t we be getting the money derived from this bingo operation to be used in helping to fix our local communities at what ever level?

The question is where Star Bingo got the money to open this endeavor and have the money to operate it. It takes considerable amount of money to do this. The rent has to be high. Can we say the people who operate this game are volunteers as prescribed in the gaming commission laws? Make your guess. I as one citizen would like to know where the money is going and into whose pockets?

I have learned how they operate. One or more of the so called operators will buy the tips from the supplier and run them thru the game and our good crooks pocket that money, all become un-reportable tips or income.

This is being done all over town. I reported this to the state gaming commission, and nothing has been done yet. As I see it, the fox is in the hen house beginning right here in Muncie and go all the way to state level. All the state or local officials have to do is ask or demand from the supplier (usually Lancaster Bingo Supplies) the info and they must produce it. Are we so infested with crooked politicians that no one wants or afraid to upset the apple cart?

Remember when the Treasurers office lost several thousand dollars with only 6 people who had access to the safe? This was swept under the carpet. And what about our local surveyor, is this also going to be swept under the carpet to keep the citizens from knowing just how crooked our politicians really are. Now our county council wants to put in place (it has) a VOLUNTEER DEDUCTION from the county employees pay checks. Are we so loyal to our parties that we dare not question their actions and we give in so as to not embarrass them? We are embedded with politicians who inappropriately take advantage of our money and property.

In section 25 of the State Constitution it plainly says that no elected official will receive special privileges. Just drive by the county building and look at all the signs for special parking. Do our citizens not care to read anymore or learn their rights or care to protect their rights and their property or how their tax money is spent. Just what have we citizens become? I am a registered democrat but I don’t care if it is a democ-rat or a republic rat, a rat is a rat and we as citizens need to and have a right to ask and demand accountability of the custodians we elect. And as you may learn that a city or government entity cannot get a gaming license from the state, so where are the real foxes? As I say they are all parasites living off we the people until we tell them no more. A parasite takes and feeds but never gives anything back.

Do you suppose there might be one honest politician or judge or a lawyer who might stand up for the people being we are so depressed by our local, state and federal governments who take our rights and money every day. I think we the tax payer or the milk cows should wake up and put a stop to it (the cows are drying up). Are we afraid of their political enforcement arm or what? Don’t let what is happening to Chris Hiatt happen to us we as the citizens. I think sometimes as our good attorney general put it we are a nation of cowards more ways than one. If there ever was a time to take a stand against this evil it is now. Later may be too late. There are some of us who are not the herd. Come and take a stand with us.
