It’s becoming a disturbingly familiar scene in America - aggressive, overbearing and mentally unstable cops who think that it is an arrestable offense not to obey their every order - harassing citizens who have done absolutely nothing wrong.
The latest example comes from El Paso, Texas, where a local ABC news reporter and his cameraman were arrested simply for something they routinely do every day as part of their job - filming traffic incidents.
The reporters, Darren Hunt and photojournalist Ric DuPont, were standing behind a barrier well away from the car wreck but were quickly approached by the cop - Sgt. Ramirez - who immediately shouted that they had to leave.
As the video shows, despite the fact that the reporters start to back away towards their truck, the cop runs after them after one of them dares to speak - reminding the officer that America is supposed to be a free country with freedom of the press and that the cameraman “can shoot if he wants to”.
The cop then grabs Hunt by his pants and threatens to arrest him, shouting, “I gave you an order,” with the reporter protesting, “I didn’t do anything.”
Presumably, the cop thinks that it is illegal and therefore an arrestable offense not to follow any order given by a police officer - or even worse - because the reporters were actually following his order - the cop thinks its an arrestable offense merely to verbally disagree with a police officer.

KeepAndBearArms.com — The Phoenix Federal Bureau of Investigation created a flyer some time back during Clinton's Presidency, asking the recipients to help them fight domestic terrorism. I received one of these flyers this past weekend at the Arizona "Freedom in the 21st Century" gathering. The Maricopa County Sheriff's Office (Greater Phoenix, Arizona) and the Maricopa County Attorney were placed on the flyer, as well — before they saw the actual wording of the flyer — in an effort by the FBI to "work jointly with local law enforcement."
Called the Joint Terrorism Task Force, the program was created, presumably, to help preserve the American way of life. This flyer was created — by the feds — to disseminate information about who the bad guys might be. However, its wording made it look like a disinformation campaign to paint at least a few groups of Real Americans as domestic terrorists. Among other things, the FBI was asking people:
"If you encounter any of the following, Call the Joint Terrorism Task Force":
"defenders of the US Constitution against federal government and the UN"
[That describes many civil liberties groups and most gun rights and American Sovereignty groups in existence — and, by extension, their members.]
"Groups of individuals engaging in para-military training"
[Such as, perhaps, shooting your semi-automatic "assault weapon" with some friends out in the desert?"]
Also being sought are "Common Law Movement Proponents" who
"Request authority for a stop"
[That's illegal now?]
"Make numerous references to the US Constitution"
[That's illegal now?]
"Attempt to 'police the police'"
[That's illegal now?]
And let's not forget the other potential "domestic terrorists" being sought. We really need to watch out for these people:
"Lone Individuals"
[Do you meet that description?]
"Rebels"
[Know any gun rights activist who doesn't have at least a touch of rebel pumping through the old bloodstream?]
Be sure and notice the following two things on the flyer, as well:
1) There is NOT ONE MENTION of "Islamic Fundamentalists" anywhere.
2) Defenders of the US Constitution and the common law from which it grew are being classified on the same level as the bottom-feeding Skinheads, Nazis and the KKK.

NOTE: The far right side of the above "Front Page" is the actual front of the tri-fold flyer. The far left side of the above "Back Page" — the part that mentions the 'defenders of the US Constitution' — is the inside flap... the first thing you see when you open the flyer.
HISTORY OF THE FLYER
According to Terry Chapman of the Maricopa County Sheriff's Office — whose name is on the flyer as the MCSO contact — the FBI created the flyer and printed the MCSO and Attorney's Office before the text was approved. He said it was created as a full color brochure to hand out to officers, not for the general public — and that as soon as he saw it, he urged them not to use it, knowing it had some problems.
"The flyer never got off the ground," said Officer Chapman, "but it did manage to make it's way out — and maybe it's right that it did." He genuinely didn't like this piece of junk, and he showed true concern about my issues with the flyer, too. "We were not happy with it. It was formulated, I think, for legitimate purposes, but it fell on stony ground because of the way it was worded — the unfortunate profiles that were put in there outraged a number of people who received it."
"It's dead in the water as far as I know," said Chapman. "I just can't imagine the FBI putting it out there again. It wasn't for the public. The fact that it's circulating again has gotta be by unofficial sources."
Mr. Chapman couldn't name the FBI agent who created the flyer, saying the individual who created it was no longer with the FBI's Phoenix branch, which he described as having "revolving doors." Sheriff's officers didn't like the flyer, either. Said Chapman, "I had a Lieutenant from our own office call me and ask 'Am I on your list?' Am I a threat?' for supporting the constitution?'" Chapman was embarrassed by the seeming targeting of "decent, honorable segments of the community" by the flyer — he hoped it would never be handed out or go anywhere at all.
According to Chapman, the FBI approached the Sheriff's Office saying they wanted to put a flyer together to help local law enforcement raise officer awareness about who to watch out for. They asked for a local contact name and number for use of a flyer they wanted to produce, and because Terry Chapman heads up MCSO Intelligence, he was the likely candidate. Possible lesson for Chapman: don't let yourself get used by misguided federal agents again.
The big question: Why the hell does the FBI have someone running around promoting that Defenders of the Constitution (and the common law from which the Constitution was born) are domestic terrorists?
The FBI has not returned phone calls on this matter. But suffice it to say that there has been at least one unAmerican weasel running around their camp urging people to turn against We The Real American People. We'd sure like to know this fool's name and location within the Bureau. If you track that information down, please contact me personally; we've got a bone to pick with him and his boss, U.S. Attorney General John Ashcroft.

Public Expresses Rage Over Photo Radar Cameras
One man said the victim “got what he deserved.”
Moments after Doug Georgianni was gunned down inside his photo radar van in Phoenix, a CBS 5 News photographer captured disturbing comments about the Redflex worker’s death.
“I said, he got what he deserved,” the man said.
The photographer said, “So death is what you deserve, man? Somebody got killed.”
“It was a photo radar guy. Does anyone care? Does anybody care about the son of a b----?” the driver replied.
Other drivers expressed anger. On the anti-photo-radar Web site CameraFRAUD.com, several drivers blamed state workers for Georgianni’s murder.

During a news conference Monday, DPS Director Roger Vanderpool said Doug Georgianni was just doing his job when he was killed.
Vanderpool said the only person to blame for Georgianni’s death is the person who pulled the trigger.
"It's unconscionable to think that ... the controversy with photo enforcement would rise to this level,” Vanderpool said. "Whether you agree or disagree with photo enforcement, what happened last night, folks, was an act of cold blooded murder,”
Drivers have also criticized the video the cameras record.
Vanderpool said, in Georgianni’s case, Big Brother may have helped catch a killer.
Summary of Rham Emanuel...a dirty history.
Rahm Emanuel, is the son of terrorist. Really, I am not making this up, the
chief power-broker of the Democrat Party, the 5-and-a-half foot foul-mouthed
Israeli named Rahm, is the son of terrorist - a real living terrorist.
So, what do we do as citizens of the land of the free and the home of the
brave fighting the War on Terror? Do we run and hide from the foul-mouthed
little Israeli who danced ballet and swears for effect - or do we laugh? Or
do we demand answers? How can we respect a U.S. Congressman who served in a
foreign army and whose father was a terrorist?
Rep. Rahm Benjamin Emanuel, the Democrat congressman for the 5th District of
Illinois in Chicago is the son of an Israeli terrorist. Rahm's father,
Benjamin, was a member of the Irgun, the Zionist terrorist organisation that
coined a new word as they blew up hotels, train stations, and other
buildings in Palestine in the 1930s and 40s.
Rahm was an Israeli citizen until he was 18 years old, when for obvious
reasons he hid his Israeli passport in his underwear drawer. In 1991,
however, he pulled his Israeli passport out and went and reportedly joined
the Israeli Army to defend Zion from Saddam's Scuds.
And this guy is the Chief of Staff to our President. Think about the connection! Oh well, I guess we are not reading this because it doesn't matter. So what he is a Zionist, so what if his father was a documented Zionist terrorist? It's just right wing blab. I wonder if this information was paid attention to before this disaster happened, would we be in this place now? It is not the Jews, it is the system of Zionism that is the issue. Just look into the religion (I say that because it is, not a faith) and see for yourself how horrific it is and how greedy and god-less they are. They do not work for the most high God, they work for evil and nefarious means to benefit there own welfare and wealth. I am going to start my own inquiry on the death of Freddy Mac CEO and the Emanuel connection.
Irgun, the army of his father, is short for Irgun Zvai Leumi, which supposedly means something like "National Military Organization" in Hebrew. As a matter of fact, the Irgun was simply a terrorist Zionist group that operated in Palestine from 1931 to 1948. They killed innocent Palestinians and British soldiers and blew up buildings.
After 1948 they became part of the new Israeli government and did the same thing. In September 2001 they put their skills to work in New York City and Washington to kick start the "war on terror" - a conflict long promoted by their chief architect, Bibi Netanyahu, son of the former secretary of Ze'ev Jabotinsky. [Ze'ev's former name was Vladimir]
The Irgun even has a website with pictures of the buildings they blew up before they demolished the World Trade Center with Thermite and high explosives:

In Israel, the Irgun is referred to as Etzel, an acronym of the group's Hebrew initials. The Irgun was considered a terrorist organization by the British authorities as well as by mainstream Zionist and Jewish organizations, such as the Jewish Agency, the Haganah and the Histadrut. (It just has not made it onto the U.S. State Department's list of terrorist organizations – even after blowing up the World Trade Center. Some people are slow to learn.)
Irgun was founded by Ze'ev Jabotinsky and the relationship with Jabotinsky's Revisionist Zionism made it the predecessor to Israel's right-wing Herut and Likud parties.
Guess who runs Israel today?
Answer: The sons and daughters of Irgun. (Check out the commander list on the Etzel website if you don't believe me.)
Guess who runs the United States today? The same people – let's start with Rahm Emanuel.
Of course you won't find anything Rep. Emanuel's father's exploits in Palestine on Rahm's website.
The late Sherman Skolnick of Chicago called Rahm Emanuel the "Acting Deputy Chief for North America of the Mossad – Israeli Intelligence.
Skolnick went on to say that Emanuel's father Benjamin had been "part of the Israeli assassin team that murdered Sweden's Count [Folke] Bernadotte" in 1948. Bernadotte was the envoy of the United Nations in Palestine who sought to find a solution to the UN Partition Plan that gave Palestinian land to Jews from "beyond the pale."
Was Skolnick correct? Skolnick does not document his claims so checked into his allegations.
"Beyond the pale" would certainly describe where Rahm Emanuel's family came from. His father's family came to Palestine from somewhere in the Ukraine in 1917, according to what Dr. Benjamin M. Emanuel told me the other day. Dr. Emanuel now lives on the appropriately named Locust Road in Wilmette, Illinois.
Benjamin, speaking with a thick Israeli accent, told me that his father's name was Ezekiel Auerbach and that his mother's name was Pinina or something like that. He said it meant "pearl" in Hebrew. Asked about his role in the Irgun, Ben told me he had been a "simple soldier."
Yes, Ben, but serving as "simple soldier" in a terrorist organization makes you a terrorist. And the fact that you served in a terrorist organization 60 years ago makes no difference. You know, same rules for Nazis and terrorists.
Is that not what all those fellows in Guantanamo are being held for?
The Emanuel family name was Auerbach until 1936, although they are not related to the famous rabbinical family of Germany and Krakow named Auerbach. Ben said that his family was from Russia. (Well, the pale but not quite Russia.)
His father Ezekiel supposedly changed the family name to Emanuel when his son with that name died fighting Palestinians in 1936.
Many Jewish families in Palestine changed their names to make themselves sound like they actually came from Palestine. And you wondered where all those Jews disappeared during World War II?
Sheinerman became Sharon, Yezernitzky became Shamir, and Auerbach became Emanuel, and so on. And then multiply by a few hundred thousand. Voila! Millions of European Jews vanish from the face of the Earth - and build new lives in Palestine.
Ben told me that Emanuel Auerbach had died from "shrapnel in the knee" in 1936. When I asked him today for details on this incident he suddenly decided that he did not want to do an interview on the phone and hung up.
But before he terminated the conversation, Dr. Benjamin Auerbach-cum-Emanuel told me that he had been a member of the Irgun and had served under Menachem Begin. He told me that he had never met Begin and had not smuggled weapons into Palestine, other news reports notwithstanding.
Naftali Bendavid (not a local reporter) with The Chicago Tribune spent 18 months working with Rahm Emanuel to prepare a story for the week after the mid-term elections although Naftali did not think that there was enough room in the 9-page story to mention the salient fact that Dr. Benjamin Emanuel had been a member of the terrorist organization – the Irgun.
No. In 9 pages of Bendavid's fluff piece there was simply no room to mention the ugly fact that Rahm's father had been a member of a terrorist organization.
Naftali Bendavid (clearly of Israeli persuasion) wrote a 9-page cover story for last Sunday's paper, which took up the entire second section of the now-failing Chicago Tribune. (The latest rumor in Chicago is that the indicted but not convicted Zionist criminal Maurice Greenberg may buy the Tribune.)
(This is the same paper that actually hired an outside writer from TIME magazine to co-author a short piece in order to properly smear me and misrepresent the story of my brutal arrest at the hands of Homeland Security goons last August.)
Naftali, at his office in Washington, knew all about Irgun when I spoke with him on the phone. When I said it was an egregious omission to leave out the fact that Rahm's father had been in the Irgun, he said he just couldn't figure how to squeeze that bit into a 9-page article.
Naftali, let me help, as English is my mother tongue: "Rahm Emanuel's father Benjamin was a member of the Irgun, a Zionist terrorist group that operated in Palestine from 1931 to 1948. The Irgun blew up buildings and killed hundreds of innocent people in order to achieve the goals of militant Zionism in occupied Palestine."
Rahm's mother is Martha Smulevitz, who married the Israeli doctor in August 1955. Ben told me that they met in Chicago. I asked if she was related to the Smulevitz family that was living in Palestine in the 1930s. He said no.
There are Smulevitz's and Shmuelevitz's all throughout the Zionist invasion of Palestine. One was hanged by the Brits, one dealt with the Nazis in Berlin, and another was the chief of staff for Menachem Begin – take your pick.
It would, however, be most interesting if Rahm's mother were actually related to Moshe Smulevitz, the Zionist who went to Berlin with Pino Ginzburg to arrange the transfer of Jews and money to Palestine – with the Nazi regime.
And you wonder where Rahm Emanuel got his "chutzpah" from?
"I said before the election that if the Democrats win the House, the lion's share of the credit should go to Rahm," says Rep. Ray LaHood, an Illinois Republican. "He legitimately can be called the golden boy of the Democratic Party today. He recruited the right candidates, found the money and funded them, and provided issues for them. Rahm did what no one else could do in seven cycles."
And the fact that more than 70 percent of the American population is opposed to wasting U.S. blood and treasure to fight a Zionist war in Iraq means nothing?
Rahm Emanuel’s younger brother, Ari Emanuel, is Michael Moore’s agent in Hollywood.
He encouraged this latter to point out the supposed responsibility of Saudi Arabia in September 11 attacks in his famous film Fahrenheit 911, the showing of which was ensured by the Democratic Party.

Here is video from last night's "On the Record" with Greta van Susteren where Rush Limbaugh blasted President Obama for his actions regarding the CIA Memos and his actions at the "Summit of the Americas" in Trinidad over the weekend where Obama made nice with Venezuelan Dictator Hugh Chavez.
Limbaugh said he thought Obama would not find much in the book given to him by Chavez as a gift that is "strange" to him. The book is a diatribe against the United States, blaming the U.S. and Europe for every ill found in Latin and South America over the past 50 years. Limbaugh says many of the 55 million Americans who voted against believe Obama is seeking to tear down the very foundation that has made the United States what it is, and wants to radically transform the very nature of our country.

The House Judiciary Committee will consider legislation that will put your religious freedoms in danger. Wednesday, April 22 the committee is scheduled to mark-up the Local Law Enforcement Hate Crimes Prevention Act of 2009. At a hearing during the last Congress, Representative Artur Davis (D-AL) admitted that this legislation could be used to arrest pastors for hate crimes.
Already in this country we have seen state hate crimes laws used to arrest people for sharing their faith and businesses forced to pay heavy fines for choosing not to provide services for same-sex “wedding” ceremonies.

Under this law, if someone commits a crime against a homosexual this person as well as others could be charged with a hate crime. The "crime" could be as simple as sharing how God can help him change his lifestyle. And if that person read my book on homosexuality prior to their crime, not only could he be charged with a hate crime, but I could too! Your pastor could be charged in the same way for a statement he made in a sermon. This would mean criminal prosecution in a Federal Court.
