2012 UPDATE: 5th Mayan codex Discovered

Two takes on 2012 - the paradigm-changer and the blockbuster. But what's all this about the Institute for Human Continuity? Harmless viral, or conspiracy?

By now we've all seen the teaser trailer for Roland Emmerich's 2012 and got a glimpse of what it's all about. If you don't know what it's actually about, the Mayan calendar predicts that the end of the world will arrive sometime in 2012 - and the movie is about that arrival and what will happen. That of course means there is a lot of potential for some crazy viral marketing - which has actually already kicked off.

Image and video hosting by TinyPic

This viral reminds me a lot of Deep Impact. In fact, the whole movie reminds me a lot of it. We at least know some giant waves are going to cover some mountains. Same sort of thing happened in Deep Impact. And they had a lottery to get into a cave to be one of the saved ones, too. Same sort of concept here.

This clip exposes the finding of the 5th mayan codex, there will be more to come once they go through an decode it i'm sure...

Thanks to a site called Institute for Human Continuity that talks about registering for a lottery to guarantee your survival when the apocalypse comes in 2012.

"Weather Weaponry Warfare" Winter Twisters Clean-up Report
WTF are the odds that everytime I record Chemtrail Activity over Indiana the Weather Gods Shit on Us?

Image and video hosting by TinyPic

I woke up tues. moring and saw that conditions were ripe for more Weather Modders in the skies again.

I wasn't surprised that the day before the Rat Masters were doing Chemtrail Operations exactly above central Indiana on tues. The Chemtrail footage I took was over Delaware County that I posted on LL tues.

They were zapping the midwest on the weather channel Sat. moring and within hours of Zapping the Region, Rain clouds appeared and started raining with-in a couple of hours, them pricks say the concept of geo-engineering - deliberately manipulating the climate to counter the effects of climate change - received little traction in the scientific community; it was too risky, politically unacceptable, even downright loopy. Today, a growing number of scientists are calling for a Plan "B", not as an alternative to curbing our emissions, but as a safety net for disaster.

So since the Zapping on Sat. weather has shown on radar a major spinning Votex Weather lower pressure System popped up in Central States on Sunday and the Energy has increased to that of nearly a Hurricane. The Wipe around rain bands and high winds show how much they can create and feed the energy a perfect storm system needs.

So tues. once again Chemtrail operations inconjuction with a week of daily Weather Modders in the skies cloud seeding, has lead again to Tornado Touchdowns, Power Outages, Wind Damage, Flash Flooding, Trains Derailed, Big Truck Blown around like tin cans, etc.....

Russia Issues Nuclear Attack Warning Over US Takedown Of Satellite

US President Barack Obama is ready to discuss the perspectives of the START-2 Treaty with Russia. At the same time, the question regarding the deployment of the missile defense system in Poland and the Czech Republic remains open. Bush’s administration regularly “consulted” Moscow about the elements of its missile defense system in Europe, although it did not change the decision to deploy ten interceptor missiles in Poland capable of downing missile of potential enemies at very high altitudes

China and Japan are making prominent contributions to a cutting-edge East Asian radio telescope network by respectively building the world's top-level radio telescope apparatus to be dedicated to further observations into the galaxy and black holes. FAST, short for the Five-hundred-meter Aperture Spherical Radio Telescope, is the world's largest-aperture radio telescope announced so far and is under construction in a karst-landform village of southwestern China's Guizhou Province. Japanese astronomers, meanwhile, are planning to launch the second generation of its world leading space radio telescope program called VSOP-2 which allows satellites to carry antennae into the space and therefore, expands the telescope network to beyond the earth's surface.

COLLIDING SATELLITES: Experts are calling it an "unprecedented event." Two satellites have collided in Earth orbit. Iridium 33 crashed into Kosmos 2251 on Tuesday, Feb. 10th, approximately 800 km over northern Siberia. Click on the map for a 3D view of where the collision occurred:

Both satellites were completely destroyed. The expanding cloud of debris contains more than 300 fragments, substantially increasing the debris population at altitudes near 800 km. According to NASA, the International Space Station orbiting just 350 km above Earth is in no immediate danger from the debris.

The US Air Force Space Surveillance Radar in Texas reportedly detected echoes from the debris cloud when it passed over the facility on Feb. 11th. Spaceweather.com is streaming live audio from the radar, and it might be possible to hear echoes the next time the cloud passes overhead. Try listening on Thursday, Feb. 12th, between 4:14 pm and 4:24 pm CST (2214 - 2224 UT). That's when Kosmos 2251 would have passed over the radar intact had the satellite not been shattered. More listening opportunities will be posted when the location of the debris is better known.

When humans look into outer space and its amazing distant realms, sometimes all we really want to find is someplace like home. Another planet like Earth, that is. Soon, a new NASA telescope mission called Kepler may finally make that happen. Set to launch March 5 from Florida's Cape Canaveral Air Force Station, the $550 million Kepler telescope is designed to detect extrasolar planets that are the same size as Earth, orbiting around stars the same size as the sun, at a range similar to Earth's distance from the sun, and with orbits of about one year, like ours. "The whole mission was designed around this goal," said Kepler co-investigator William Cochran, an astronomer at McDonald Observatory at the University of Texas at Austin. "If we find no Earth-like planets, then we can say with great confidence that Earths like ours are rare."

The object was spotted by the pilot of Olympic Airways flight 266 from Athens, and the sighting was corroborated by staff at Athens Airport and a nearby Greek air force base. Pilots of two other passenger jets also reported seeing the body. The eyewitnesses described it as looking like a large star, although it was moving erratically and constantly changing shape. Two fighter jets were sent to investigate the sighting over the Greek capital in November 2007 but the object shot up into the sky and vanished before they could get a clear view. The incident was kept secret by the Greek authorities for more than a year, but is now generating huge interest after official documents and recordings of the conversation between the pilot and control tower were released. An Olympic Airlines spokeswoman said: "I can confirm the incident. It is the first of its kind involving our pilots." Greek officials say that the object, which was not detected on any radar, was probably a mistaken sighting of the planet Venus in the Autumn night sky. This is not the first time that a passenger jet has had a close encounter with a UFO. Documents released by the Ministry of Defence...

Vatican chief astronomer Father Jose Gabriel Funes in a long interview with the L'Osservatore Romano newspaper this week made news by saying there is a certain possibility of intelligent life elsewhere in the universe, and that such notion "doesn't contradict our faith." "How can we rule out that life may have developed elsewhere? Just as we consider earthly creatures as 'a brother,' and 'sister,' why should we not talk about an 'extraterrestrial brother'? It would still be part of creation," he said. The statements by Funes are the latest in a string of recent comments by Vatican astronomers confirming a belief that discovery may be made in the near future of alien life, including intelligent life, and that this discovery would not unhinge the doctrine of Christ. In 2005, another Vatican astronomer, Guy Consolmagno tackled this subject in a 50-page booklet, Intelligent Life in the Universe, in which he concluded that chances are better than not that mankind is facing a future discovery of extraterrestrial intelligence. Approximately 7 years ago Monsignor Corrado Balducci made similar news when he said ETs were actually already interacting with earth and that some of the Vatican's leaders were aware of it. Before his death in 1999, maverick Catholic theologian Father Malachi Martin...

What Is NASA Not Telling Us About 'Them'?
Do intelligent alien life forms exist? Do they visit our planet? Does the NASA elite and top government know about this? Public money has funded space exploration; do we therefore deserve to know all the facts? In a current, high profile legal battle, NASA, stands have been accused of the following:

* Amending and secreting photographic evidence of UFO's, in an attempt to deliberately conceal the truth from the public.
* Secret possession of alien spacecraft
* Knowledge, covert development and use of alien technology - including "free energy" technology.
* Having "None-Terrestrial Officers" off planet?

NASA is commissioned to "Look for signs of life in other planetary systems" - which is funded by Government Grants - if it is revealed that any of the accusations are true, the allegations could affect not only the level of blind trust afforded to NASA's findings, but also future funding. These accusations are the result of a high profile court case against UK Hacker, Gary McKinnon. Gary Mckinnon, who suffers from Asperger's Syndrome (a mild form of autism), from London was an avid sci-fi fan with a particular interest in UFO's. In the late 1990's, he started to research all related topics of interest on the internet. He had computer qualifications and using his (fairly basic) knowledge, he found - amazingly - that he could easily hack into NASA's and other US military systems computer systems.

KILLER COMET'S HEADING TO EARTH
Daily Star, UK - Feb 9, 2009

In 1996, a 7-year-old boy in China bent over the eyepiece of a small telescope and saw something that would change his life--a comet of flamboyant beauty, bright and puffy with an active tail. At first he thought he himself had discovered it, but no, he learned, two men named "Hale" and "Bopp" had beat him to it. Mastering his disappointment, young Quanzhi Ye resolved to find his own comet one day. And one day, he did. Fast forward to a summer afternoon in July 2007. Ye, now 19 years old and a student of meteorology at China's Sun Yat-sen University, bent over his desk to stare at a black-and-white star field. The photo was taken nights before by Taiwanese astronomer Chi Sheng Lin on "sky patrol" at the Lulin Observatory. Ye's finger moved from point to point--and stopped. One of the stars was not a star, it was a comet, and this time Ye saw it first. Comet Lulin, named after the observatory in Taiwan where the discovery-photo was taken, is now approaching Earth. "It is a green beauty that could become visible to the naked eye any day now," says Ye.

The Cosmic Dawn began as galaxies began to form out of the debris of massive stars which died explosively shortly after the beginning of the Universe. The Durham calculation predicts where these galaxies appear and how they evolve to the present day, over 13 billion years later. The researchers hope their findings, which highlight star forming galaxies, will improve their understanding of dark matter - a mysterious substance believed to make up 80 per cent of the mass in the Universe. Gravity produced by dark matter is an essential ingredient in galaxy formation and by studying its effects the scientists eventually hope to learn more about what the substance is. The research is published in the Monthly Notices of the Royal Astronomical Society and was funded by the Science and Technology Facilities Council (STFC) and the European Commission. The work combined a massive simulation showing how structures grow in dark matter with a model showing how normal matter, such as gas, behaves to predict how galaxies grow. Gas feels the pull of gravity from dark matter and is heated up before cooling by releasing radiation and turning into stars.

VIRTUAL REALITY MOON HALO: "Two nights ago, my sister-in-law Katy phoned me at 1 o'clock in the morning to say that there was 'a big crazy circle around the Moon,'" reports Laurent Laveder of Quimper, France. "I went outside to look and she was right: the sky was hazy, the Moon was very high and circled by a bright 22° ice halo."

Click on the image to experience the halo as if you were there yourself:

Virtual Reality Moon Halo

Laveder explains how he created the VR halo: "I took many pictures with my Canon 30D and a fisheye lens. Then I stitched the images together into a 360° panoramic view, which we are able to spin around using Quicktime VR."

If it's cold where you live, be alert for more halos tonight. The Moon is bright and northern skies are icy--perfect conditions for the real thing.

The number of magnetic storms will steadily increase until 2011 with possible harm to people’s health and damage to electrical systems, warns the Geology and Physics Institute. There will be 15-20 storms this year with an intensity of 300-400nT (nano-tesla), a unit of magnetic density. Institute director Dr Ha Duyen Chau says the storms will not severely affect electrical distribution but capacity could be lowered when they occur. Electricity and oil pipeline managers should monitor information so they can take preventative measures, he says. Radio waves can also be disrupted. “Unfortunately we can’t say for sure in which months the storms will occur and although we can predict the possibility of a storm one or two days before it happens, we can only know for sure 30 minutes before it strikes,” he explains. The past two years have been quiet with just 10 storms per year, Dr Chau says.

The sun’s operative cycle is 11 years. The last peak was in 2001 and the next will be in 2012. At that time, about 40-50 500-600nT storms can be expected. “We can’t exclude the possibility that it will affect Vietnam’s Vinasat-1,” he says. “We are powerless against the storms but we can understand them and thus avoid their effects.” People who suffer from heart disease, high blood pressure and psychological disorders should be aware of the storms and stay at home or travel by car during a magnetic storm.

A Tear in Earth's Magnetic Field?

The Breakdown takes on The Core

In keeping with our movie physics theme of the past few weeks, it seems appropriate to take a look at the trailer from the action "science" disaster film The Core. As with Armageddon and its deadly asteroid, The Core starts with an interesting premise -- the possible disappearance of the Earth's magnetic field.

State lawmakers: Prove you're president, Mr. Obama
Case being assembled to demand eligibility documentation

Posted: February 11, 2009
11:55 pm Eastern

By Bob Unruh
© 2009 WorldNetDaily

A new lawsuit is being prepared by a California attorney who already has four cases pending over the issue of President Obama's eligibility to occupy to Oval Office, and this one will include a demand from state lawmakers who forward state funds to Washington for documentation of his qualifications.

Orly Taitz told WND today she's preparing the complaint but is holding onto it and will file it shortly to give state legislators a chance to join the action as plaintiffs.

Four already have signed up, including state Rep. Eric Swafford of Tennessee, who agreed to be a plaintiff "for a Writ of Mandamus to obtain original birth certificate, immigration records, passports

WND has reported on multiple legal challenges that have alleged Obama does not meet the "natural born citizen" clause of the U.S. Constitution, Article 2, Section 1, which reads, "No Person except a natural born Citizen, or a Citizen of the United States, at the time of the Adoption of this Constitution, shall be eligible to the Office of President."

Some claim he was not born in Hawaii, as he insists, but in Kenya. Obama's American mother, the suits contend, was too young at the time of his birth to confer American citizenship to her son under the law at the time.

Where's the proof Barack Obama was born in the U.S. or that he fulfills the "natural-born American" clause in the Constitution? If you still want to see it, join more than 235,000 others and sign up now!

Other challenges have focused on Obama's citizenship through his father, a Kenyan subject to the jurisdiction of the United Kingdom at the time of his birth, thus making him a dual citizen. The cases contend the framers of the Constitution excluded dual citizens from qualifying as natural born.

Several details of Obama's past have added twists to the question of his eligibility and citizenship, including his family's move to Indonesia when he was a child and on what nation's passport he traveled to Pakistan in the '80s, as well as conflicting reports from Obama's family about his place of birth.

WND reported just yesterday on a case that accuses Congress of failing to investigate President Obama's birthplace before approving the Electoral College vote giving him the presidency.

It alleges unequal treatment because Congress investigated GOP candidate Sen. John McCain's eligibility.

The lawsuit explains not only are there legitimate questions about Obama's birth, and therefore eligibility, he might not even be a U.S. citizen at all.

"There exists a possibility that Obama could be an illegal alien," the lawsuit said. "Obama has yet to adequately prove that he was born in the United States. [Further], Obama has publicly conceded that his father was born in Kenya and a British subject/citizen at the time of Obama's birth which precluded Obama from gaining any U.S. citizenship from his father."

Several of the legal cases – including those brought by Taitz, Cort Wrotnowski, Leo Donofrio and Philip Berg, already have been discussed in conference at the U.S. Supreme Court, which has failed to have a hearing on any of the merits involved.

Other cases remain active at lower court levels.

While Obama's campaign team called the cases garbage, here is a partial listing and status update for several of the cases:

  • Philip J. Berg, a Pennsylvania Democrat, demanded that the courts verify Obama's original birth certificate and other documents proving his American citizenship. Berg's latest appeal, requesting an injunction to stop the Electoral College from selecting the 44th president, was denied.

  • Leo Donofrio of New Jersey filed a lawsuit claiming Obama's dual citizenship disqualified him from serving as president. His case was considered in conference by the U.S. Supreme Court but denied a full hearing.
  • Cort Wrotnowski filed suit against Connecticut's secretary of state, making a similar argument to Donofrio. His case was considered in conference by the U.S. Supreme Court, but was denied a full hearing.
  • Former presidential candidate Alan Keyes headlines a list of people filing a suit in California, in a case handled by the United States Justice Foundation, that asks the secretary of state to refuse to allow the state's 55 Electoral College votes to be cast in the 2008 presidential election until Obama verifies his eligibility to hold the office. The case is pending, and lawyers are seeking the public's support.
  • Chicago attorney Andy Martin sought legal action requiring Hawaii Gov. Linda Lingle to release Obama's vital statistics record. The case was dismissed by Hawaii Circuit Court Judge Bert Ayabe.

  • Lt. Col. Donald Sullivan sought a temporary restraining order to stop the Electoral College vote in North Carolina until Barack Obama's eligibility could be confirmed, alleging doubt about Obama's citizenship. His case was denied.

  • In Ohio, David M. Neal sued to force the secretary of state to request documents from the Federal Elections Commission, the Democratic National Committee, the Ohio Democratic Party and Obama to show the presidential candidate was born in Hawaii. The case was denied.

  • In Washington state, Steven Marquis sued the secretary of state seeking a determination on Obama's citizenship. The case was denied.

  • In Georgia, Rev. Tom Terry asked the state Supreme Court to authenticate Obama's birth certificate. His request for an injunction against Georgia's secretary of state was denied by Georgia Superior Court Judge Jerry W. Baxter.
  • California attorney Orly Taitz has brought a case, Lightfoot vs. Bowen, on behalf of Gail Lightfoot, the vice presidential candidate on the ballot with Ron Paul, four electors and two registered voters.

In addition, other cases cited on the RightSideofLife blog as raising questions about Obama's eligibility include:

  • In Texas, Darrel Hunter vs. Obama later was dismissed.

  • In Ohio, Gordon Stamper vs. U.S. later was dismissed.

  • In Texas, Brockhausen vs. Andrade.

  • In Washington, L. Charles vs. Obama.

  • In Hawaii, Keyes vs. Lingle, dismissed.

WND senior reporter Jerome Corsi had gone to both Kenya and Hawaii prior to the election to investigate issues surrounding Obama's birth. But his research and discoveries only raised more questions.

The governor's office in Hawaii said there is a valid certificate but rejected requests for access and left ambiguous its origin: Does the certificate on file with the Department of Health indicate a Hawaii birth or was it generated after the Obama family registered a Kenyan birth in Hawaii?
