I compiled this report today after the news of more people were killed during another mass tornado siren outbreaks in my home town over the weekend and also coincided with a Reptilian Mock Military Invasion that's being manufactured by the NWO Rat Masters.
The use of 'weather weaponry warfare' as a 'force multiplier' can be used prior to sending in troops on the ground, as they can change the moods of their enemies, destroy their buildings, knock out the enemies power, etc...
When the enemy has to flee from their bunkers because of Flooding, weather then plays a key role in weakening the enemy's will power to fight. Weather Weapons can be like dropping artillery on the enemy from a Battleship prior to invasion to soften up the landing zone.
With geomagnetic phenomena occurring on a global scale, and radar data stations located around the world consistently displaying strange images of quick flashes of Rings over an animated time elapsed loop. The strange circles have always had me curious too it's origins and that many magnetic lines that originate in the center of most major metropolitan locations.
I also have solved a mystery to a Cloud Ring Weather Disaster Event, I witnessed back in the eighties that now occurs constantly on all the Weather Radar Feeds.

Hi NeverKnwo, how ya doin? Yea, I notice the Gov's massive assault on Indiana, not just because of the marines, but because of HAARP. The flooding, the tornadoes. They've been using HAARP an awful lot lately, more aggressively this year.
