Weather warfareThe Ecologist, UK
Rarely acknowledged in the debate on global climate change, the world’s weather can now be modified as part of a new generation of sophisticated electromagnetic weapons. Both the US and Russia have developed capabilities to manipulate the climate for military use.
Environmental modification techniques have been applied by the US military for more than half a century. US mathematician John von Neumann, in liaison with the US Department of Defense, started his research on weather modification in the late 1940s at the height of the Cold War and foresaw ‘forms of climatic warfare as yet unimagined’.

Here’s one new interesting release: a documentary about Indiana Jones from History channel, which has a great timing in the current hype caused by the
new Indy movie. This programme has 120 minutes according to the official website of History channel (probably with commercials, so it will be more like 90 mins footage), but aAF managed to fit it into standard 1 CD rip.
Throughout history there have been legendary artifacts that have captured the imagination of adventurers everywhere. While belief in their existence seems to fly in the face of reason and science, there have been those who have devoted their lives to their discovery. One man has looked for some of these remarkable treasures. He is Indiana Jones–professor of archeology and an adventurer who has uncovered some of the world’s greatest mysteries.

ARE YOU ON THE LIST?
The federal government has been developing a highly classified plan that will override the Constitution in the event of a major terrorist attack
In the spring of 2007, a retired senior official in the U.S. Justice Department sat before Congress and told a story so odd and ominous, it could have sprung from the pages of a pulp political thriller. It was about a principled bureaucrat struggling to protect his country from a highly classified program with sinister implications. Rife with high drama, it included a car chase through the streets of Washington, D.C., and a tense meeting at the White House, where the president's henchmen made the bureaucrat so nervous that he demanded a neutral witness be present.
