RED ALERT -- BREAKING -- Port Arthur TX pipeline explosion

ATTENTION ALL: The red alert I issued last night at 11 p.m. was warranted. As you will find below, we received an insider tip that various federal state and local entities were preparing for an explosive event in the southeast Texas oil refineries. Within four hours that event took place in Port Arthur Texas, just outside the Houston metro area. The odds against this event occurring with in the stated exercise time frame are very long, and I believe we have an instance here of an exercise going live on a small scale. Look for the oil markets to reach new records today as a result of this event. I am currently in the middle of an interview with KTKK radio on the matter. Captain May

And they blew it up this morning! They have no shame, no efforts to hide their methods!

This kind of material strongly suggests that the published exercise manuals may be accompanied by mutliple highly classified overlays which allow the serious attacks to be invisibly piggy-backed onto the apparently innocuous low-classified or even unclassified official exercise playbook.

ATTENTION ALL:
The information below has been sent me by my editor. It originated from an inside source at the British Petroleum refinery in Texas City, Texas. The sudden scheduling of this live terror drill -- and a deliberate attempt to keep it from the public -- leads me to consider the hasty exercise a distinct threat for a 911-2B attack.
Tomorrow morning, I will be doing a live interview on the exercise in Texas City and Operation TOPOFF in Portland from 8-10 a.m., CST: http://www.k- talk.com/

Leon,
Thank you for taking this email. I hope that it is not too late to have it posted as news, as I believe it is, considering the goings on in Portland Oregon this week with Operation TOPOFF.
Today's message was the first message regarding such activities being performed around the BP Refinery and surrounding Texas City. Of course, I owe my knowledge of this site to Captain Eric H. May. Also, it is because of him that I decided to forward this email to you.
I have tried to contact Captain May, but to no avail. I have been wanting to talk to him about the Houston/Galveston area refineries and chemical plants, as a result of his posted claims to have known when certain "accidents" were to have taken place. One accident in particular that he mentioned was the March 23, 2005 explosion at BP Texas City. I was, and still am, employed there with Jacobs Engineering. My friend and supervisor, Arthur G. Ramos-Vietnam field medic, was one of the fifteen killed that day. And I was hoping to draw further information from Captain May surrounding said event.
If at all possible, in addition to the acceptance of this message, would you forward this message to Captain May as well? I would very much like to discuss these and other issues with him.

NOTICE:
  • "Live" security/terrorism exercise – Thursday October 18
On October 4, 2007 , BP and other clients of the Port of Texas City participated in a major "security/terrorism " table-top exercise with federal and local government agencies (The FBI, Department of Homeland Security (DHS), U.S. Coast Guard (USCG), City of Texas City, County of Galveston , etc.) at the Doyle Convention Center. While this exercise was in progress at the Doyle Center, the BP Texas City Incident Management Team activated and ran a drill at the refinery paralleling the same terrorism scenarios.
This Thursday October 18, 2007, BP and other clients of the Port of Texas City will participate in a "live" security/terrorism exercise with federal and local agencies in the Port of Texas City.
Beginning Tuesday, October 16, and Wednesday, October 17, the public media will be informed of this exercise in order to properly advise the citizens of the City of Texas City about the exercise. The exercise will be conducted from the early morning hours of October 18, until noon on that day. All persons entering the port on October 18 will be reminded of the exercise in progress.
Normal operations will continue at our BP Texas City marine facilities without disruptions throughout the exercise. Exercise Controllers will be present at all times to monitor the scene. FBI SWAT & Bomb Techs, Texas City Police Department SWAT, Galveston County Sheriff Dept. Marine Units, and DHS-USCG will be participating in this major event.
All employees should continue to go about their normal duties during the exercise, with safety being the primary focus of every individual at the site.
Glenn Starkey
Manager, BP Texas City Security

It pays to monitor terror exercises...

The warning of a sudden terror exercise in the refinery "national sacrifice area" in Texas came last night; the suspicious blast came early this morning. It would appear that monitoring exercises like Vigilant Shield and TOPOFF is essential to our survival.
