The deal, signed between a 12-member team from the state-run Indira Gandhi Centre for Atomic Research (IGCAR), Brazil and South America, would help in a myriad of industrial applications including beauty and healthcare. Dr. Jose Antonio Brum, Coordinator of National De Luz Sincronton Companies, Brazil said the deal would help break technological barriers.
